摘要: Abstract The crossover properties of the quantum conductance in a 1D constriction from ballistic to diffusive regime are investigated analytically. In regime, well-known plateau structures found. As more impurities added system, we able show that interesting “dip” should be found when new channels become open. higher channel index, deeper dip will be. When degree disorder increases, ensemble-averaged is shown reduced, but structure can still seen as long not reached. Our analytical results agreement with recent experiments well numerical simulations.
