摘要: Within or close to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) of man and mouse there are genetic loci which control production lymphocyte-associated determinants capable stimulating allogeneic lymphocytes synthesise DNA in mixed lymphocyte culture1,2. In reaction (MLR) is also controlled by an additional locus, M not linked MHC3. These MLR seem be distinct from coding for serologically defined (SD) antigens1,2,4. Recent studies suggest that, certain situations, a difference between responder stimulator cells absolute requirement MLR. Thus, Howe et al.5 Boehmer al.6,7 found that thymus strains produce high levels thymidine incorporation when cultured with syngeneic B lymphocytes.
