摘要: Purpose: Adrenocortical cancer (ACC) is an aggressive tumor characterised by a high recurrence rate and poor response to treatment. This study analyses consecutive series of ACC patients evaluate the prognostic value various clinical pathological characteristics. Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 32 followed at our Medical Center from 1997 2015 age diagnosis, gender, functional status, stage type treatment with respect overall survival (OS) disease-free (DFS) as determined Kaplan–Meier curves. Results: was associated hormonal overproduction in 50% cases, isolated hyperandrogenism had better prognosis. Recurrence observed 12/26 (46.2%) no evidence disease after surgery. Tumor size (HR 1.32, 95% CI 1.12–1.64; p=0.007), ki-67 1.06, 1.02–1.11; p=0.009) advanced diagnosis (III–IV) 6.51, 1.65–24.68; p=0.006) were 26 R0 univariate analysis. Advanced independent risk factor for multivariate analysis 8.10, 1.55–41.35; p=0.01). Five-year 40.0%. Positive resection margins 10.61, 3.02–38.31; p=<0.001), 1.04, 1.01–1.07; p=0.01) 11.31, 1.45–87.76; p=0.02) all patients, but only positive predictor mortality 6.22, 1.44–26.05; Conclusions: has prognosis rate. completeness surgical excision are most relevant factors.
