摘要: Abstract Three full-length cytosol small heat shock protein (sHSP) genes, including two class I sHSP (CI sHSP) and one II (CII cDNAs, termed Ps-CI sHSP1 , sHSP2 Ps-CII respectively, were isolated characterized from plum fruit at harvest. Their expression in relation to cold acclimation-induced chilling tolerance investigated. Heat treatment by dipping the water 55 °C hot for 2 min acclimation conditioning 8 °C 5 d prior storage 2 °C could effectively reduce malondialdehyde (MDA) content alleviate injury.
