摘要: It is shown that the critical temperature T c and zero energy gap Δ0 of superconductors decrease with shifting singularity in density states (DOS) from Fermi surface, both weak- strong-coupling case. Compared constant DOS (original BCS theory), enormously enhanced weak-coupling limit, but only moderately for superconductors. Thus, it seems high temperatures oxide cannot be explained by existence singularities only. The same as true concerning some higher values ratio R = 2Δ0/kT , within framework theory, R≤4.
