摘要: Latent growth models were applied to longitudinal twin data on markers of aging investigate genetic and environmental influences the processes change with age. The sample included 1957 participants aged 50 96 years. Five assessed: forced expiratory volume, mean arterial pressure, grip strength, motor functioning, well-being. Data gathered at up three follow-up occasions intervals 3 Results indicated monotonic changes age for all but two variables. Performance functioning well-being was stable until 65 or 70, followed by significant decline. Genetic level performance five aging. slope found only variables: volume. Investigations process will differ depending whether focus is static change.
