CASE REPORT A 26-year-old G0P0 white female presented to our office with chronic On vaginal examination, a nontender mass in left the adnexal region was palpable. Transvaginal ultrasound showed cyst. Laparoscopy performed, which revealed diffuse bilateral excrescences multiple studdings throughout peritoneum abdominal cavity. Due suspicion malignancy, biopsy specimen obtained for frozen sectioning. The proved be consistent benign papillary serous cystadenofibroma. Gross appearance still suspicious therefore paraovarian cystectomy performed. Additional specimens adenofibroma endosalpingiosis. patient's complaint pain improved after laparoscopy. presentation peritoneum, serial CT scan abdomen pelvis at 6-month intervals recommended. CONCLUSIONS To knowledge, this is an young, nulliparous presenting diffuse-presentation on gross examination malignancy. By following conservative approach performing scans, patient will clinically monitored.
