摘要: Background: Dimethylfumarate (DMF), a drug used in the treatment of psoriasis and multiple sclerosis, has been shown to limit growth melanoma cells. The ability DMF inhibit Rel protein explain antioncogenic properties this drug. Studies analyzing effect gliomas are limited. Therefore, we investigated potential antitumor effects by assessing its on proliferation, cell death, differentiation several glioma models.
