摘要: This paper presents an ultra-low power 8-bit Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADC, suitable for biomedical applications. The converter comprises of a sample and hold circuit, preamplifier based dynamic latch comparator, successive approximation register DAC. SAR ADC was implemented in 0.18μm CMOS technology with 1.8V as the supply voltage. proposed 8 bit SAR-ADC consumed around 164.97 μW.
