摘要: Abstract Photovoltaic (PV) properties of porous silicon (PS) produced by a novel stain (chemical) etch solution based on fluoroboric (HBF 4 ) acids are described for the first time. Sandwich structure devices in which semi-transparent continuous gold electrodes deposited stain-etched PS have been observed to show high efficiency photocurrent under visible light exposure. Additionally, palladium (Pd) metallization nanoporous (Si) has performed using new technique electroless metal deposition (EMD). The resulting sandwich effective PV results, and with use nitrogen dye laser, decay dynamics etched metal-deposited characterized dark room (RL). times be order microseconds, vary duration as well details EMD. Therefore, metal-coated great potential application solar cells photodetectors, since efficient, stable widely-photoresponsive can produced. process is also more cost-effective than current technologies there no necessity antireflection coatings, reduction device fabrication steps.
