摘要: Abstract A method for the determination of cholinesterases [1] has been adapted to monitor these enzymes in presence anti-cholinesterase insecticides. The blood samples, which were dried on filter papers, could be eluted with water (plasma cholinesterase) and 1% Triton X-100 (erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase) complete recovery enzyme activity. samples stored at room temperature least two weeks a refrigerator more than six without decreased efficiency elution from paper. This modified cholinesterase will especially suitable when have mailed laboratories making analysis.
