摘要: The poor prognosis of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is largely attributed to their highly invasive nature and MMP-9 plays a pivotal role in regulating invasiveness malignant glioma cells. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that have been shown regulate wide range biological processes via targeting messenger RNA. Previous reports many oncogenes survival invasion GBM. But no literature indicates miRNAs cell through MMP-9. Here, we show overexpression conferred 163 GBM patients. Furthermore, specific miRNA expression profile (14 positively 31 negatively correlated with MMP-9) was established microarrays 60 samples. Among them, two miRNAs: miR-885-5p miR-491-5p, were chosen for functional validation high positive correlation expression. And upregulation miR-491-5p demonstrated reduce the levels inhibit cellular U251 U87 found suppressed directly. To our knowledge, this first study identify microRNA signature which may provide potential targets anti-invasion therapy
