摘要: Proteins from mitochondrial ribosomes of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were analysed by a two dimensional gel electrophoresis method. Each ribosomal subunit revealed reproducible characteristic pattern protein components. The 37S small contained 33 species with an average molecular weight 27,300 daltons (ranging 60,000 to 9500 daltons). 50S large showed 38 23,000 41,000 10,000 Ribosomes various sources compared on the basis composition.
