摘要: Non-contact tonometers based on the method using air puff and Scheimpflug’s fast camera are one of latest devices allowing measurement intraocular pressure additional biomechanical parameters cornea. Biomechanical features significantly affect changes in values, as well their changes, may indicate possibility corneal ectasia. This work presents already known available new offered software. The authors focused practical application diagnostic credibility indicated literature. An overview literature indicates importance dynamic parameters. developed basis biomechanics analysis deformation process, non-contact camera, used evaluation laser refractive surgery procedures, e.g. LASIK procedure. In addition, assessment biomechanically corrected confirms its independence from which allow an real assessment. newly Corvis Index combined with tomography topography is important aid classification patients keratoconus. New characterising deformation, including compensated pressure, extend capabilities this device be helpful assessing diseases eye. Nevertheless, further research needed to confirm pertinence.
