摘要: Although myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary artery disease should be eliminated medical and surgical treatment, it paradoxically contributes to the preservation of compromised myocardium through various mechanisms. First, ischemic vasodilation collateral vessels resulting from activation ATP-sensitive K+ channel maximizes a blood supply area having imbalance between oxygen demand. Second, secondary severe stenosis develops functionally significant circulation, which alleviates deleterious sequelae obstructive disease. Finally, preconditioning attenuates subsequent insult. Particularly if combined early reperfusion infarct-related artery, infarct size is decreased one fourth permanent occlusion dogs. A thorough understanding mechanisms self-protecting benefits would useful care
