摘要: The injection of Cooper pairs into a normal medium such as semiconductor is known the proximity effect at superconductor/normal interface. We confirm this well contribution to drastic enhancement inter-band optical transitions in heterostructures. In paper we investigate and clarify relation internal quantum efficiencies radiative lifetimes Cooper-pair light emitting diodes (CP-LEDs). A quantitative description dynamic photon generation processes given, recombination relative normal-electron CP-LEDs discussed detail.
