摘要: Abstract Heparin purified by affinity chromatography on antithrombin III-Sepharose was fractionated according to molecular size gel filtration. The various fractions obtained were studied with respect their ability potentiate the inhibition of thrombin and Factor Xa in plasma a system containing III. Clotting assays chromogenic peptide substrate used parallel. showed dependency heparin that similar shown earlier for APTT assay. different dependency, indicating mechanisms heparin-potentiated III are not entirely same. differed from pure this difference be dependent neutralization effects.
