摘要: Microsatellites, an essential tool for genetic linkage analyses, are selected in studies on the basis of both informativeness and their positions with respect to one another map. In order establish a microsatellite marker set useful Japanese population, we first genotyped 64 unrelated subjects, using 400 markers from commercially available (ABI PRISM Linkage Mapping Set-MD10) then determined allelic frequencies heterozygosities these loci population. optimize set, replaced 41 having heterozygosity lower than 0.6 as many informative corresponding loci, newly added six minimize several gaps found at intervals over 20 cM. We finally established comprising 406 microsatellites average 9 cM (maximum, 17 cM) minimum (mean, 0.76). All data generated this study, including specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primer sequences markers, freely all researchers our web site. The here should facilitate various hereditary diseases, especially Japanese.
