摘要: It has been considered for some time that the molecular basis of heart failure may be broadly categorized into defects in energy production or utilization (Olson, 1959). Even though have demonstrated instances, stores general reported to normal many models (Wollenberger, 1949). The excitation-contraction coupling component long suspected a role failing mechanism (Nayler, 1963). Calcium play central this process, and recently Dhalla (1976) suggested both calcium deficiency overload within cardiac cells involved failure.
