摘要: One of the established actions taurine is modulation myocardial contraction. Initial studies demonstrating this effect employed pharmacological doses to alter contractile function1–3. Although it was assumed that action might represent a physiological function, only recently has evidence been obtained confirming theory. Pion et al.4 reported in 1987 cats fed deficient diet developed cardiomyopathy. More recently, Steele al.5 and Galler al.6 found altered function skinned muscle fibers, preparation which cell membrane permeabilized, allowing changes intracellular milieu.
