摘要: In different plant species, secondary metabolite biosynthesis is regulated by the phytohormone jasmonic acid (JA), which derived action of lipoxygenase. this study, we examined mono- and sesquiterpenoid accumulation related signal transduction pathways biosynthetic genes in adventitious root cultures Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer as induced yeast extract (YE, 3 g/L), a biotic elicitor, salicylic (SA, 200 μM), signaling elicitor. The lipoxygenase (LOX) gene was highly expressed 24 12 h after treatment with SA YE. JA content significantly increased treatment. H2O2 highest 72 onset YE treatment, respectively. RNA blot analysis showed that farnesyl diphosphate synthase (FPS) isopentenyl pyrophosphate isomerase (IPPI) encoding enzymes sesquiterpenoids were up-regulated both elicitors. Farensol, isochiapin B sesquiterpenoids, champhor, cineole monoterpenoids accumulated while bacchotricuneatin C, guaiazulene, B, p-benzoquinone production. These results suggest occurs due to IPPI FPS expression may be mediated reactive oxygen species transduction.
