摘要: Exposure of curly kale (Brassica oleracea L.,) to gaseous H2S resulted in a decreased sulfate uptake by the roots. At 0.2 mu l l(-1) H2S, level sufficient meet sulfur need plants for growth, was maximally 50% after 3 or 4 days exposure. Higher levels up 0.8 did not further affect uptake. The nitrate affected upon exposure 0.2-0.8 H2S. content plants, but it an increased thiols and cysteine shoots, whereas that roots hardly affected. Plants grown under sulfate-deprived conditions had biomass production, very low both shoot Sulfate-deprived two-fold higher transfer sulfate-containing solution, while 50%, When were exposed 0.25 l-(1) plant production restored solution remained high. Also here, increase thiol roots, low. presented results clearly demonstrate direct interaction between regulation metabolism shoot. Curly is able use as source matching supply form pedospheric atmospheric needed growth appears be regulated nicely. However, significance signal shoot/root coordination limited. From data evident there no mutual
