摘要: Introduction This study explores factors associated with virological detectability, and viral re-suppression after enhanced adherence counselling, in adults children on antiretroviral therapy (ART) Swaziland. Methods descriptive used laboratory data from 7/5/2012 to 30/9/2013, which were linked the national ART database provide information time CD4 count; counselling was obtained file review health facilities. Multivariable logistic regression explore relationship between load, gender, age, ART, count receiving (or not receiving) counselling. Results From 12,063 patients undergoing routine load monitoring, 1941 (16%) had detectable loads. Children more likely have loads (AOR 2.6, 95%CI 1.5–4.5), as adolescents 3.2, 2.2–4.8), last 1000 copies/ml 0.3, 0.1–0.7), those CD4<350 cells/µl 0.4, 0.2–0.7). Receiving likelihood of re-suppression. Conclusions Children, advanced disease most high least achieve suppression at retesting; higher suppression. Although level resistance quantified, this suggests need for treatment support that addresses problems younger people; define elements optimal all ages
