A Compact Tunable Coplanar Filter

摘要: This paper proposes a new design for 30GHz CPW filter. An original excitation structure has been used. The filter realised and measured achieving 9% fractional bandwidth, insertion losses around 2dB, return less than 17dB good agreement with simulation. made tunable maximum tuning band by the addition of four MEMS cantilevers varactors.
