摘要: We studied the relationship between fatty acid-binding protein 3 (FABP3) and obesity in vivo effects of FABP3 on signal transduction for glucose uptake skeletal muscle cells vitro. In obese mice, level gastrocnemius muscles increased significantly with an increase body weight metabolic phenotypes, suggesting a close expression development and/or insulin resistance mice. experiments using C2C12 myotubes infected adenoviruses encoding human FABP3, induction stimulated without stimulation parallel increases phosphorylation AMP-activated kinase (AMPK) AS160. Insulin enhanced additive fashion Akt AS160 FABP3-induced compared to control cells. This was found even presence palmitate, which higher detected controls. These results suggest that stimulates by facilitating AMPK-dependent muscle. may also contribute maintaining insulin-dependent activation under lipotoxic condition.
