摘要: The notion that skeletal muscle is a secretory organ capable to release proteins can act locally in an autocrine/paracrine manner or even endocrine communicate with distant tissues has now been recognized. Under this context, new paradigm arisen implicating the metabolism regulation. Considering evidences give exercise protective role against illnesses associated physical inactivity, it becomes of especial relevance characterize secreted proteins. In present study we show for first time secretome characterization and comparative 2-DE analysis among fast-glycolytic (gastrocnemius) slow-oxidative (soleus) rat explants its variation after intervention. We have identified 19 differently when comparing soleus gastrocnemius secretomes, 10 17 distinctive 1 week endurance training. Among proteins, DJ-1 was found be more abundant fiber secretomes. On contrary, FABP-3 elevated although secretion from increased exercised animals. These other work may considered as potential myokines.
