摘要: Abstract A silicon-based biosensor chip consisting of an array amperometric enzyme sensors has been developed for monitoring the concentration glutamate and glutamine in cell-culture fermentation processes. The sensor was constructed by immobilising oxidase, while sequential coupling glutaminase oxidase. enzymes were immobilised means cross-linking with glutaraldehyde on surface patterned platinum thin-film electrodes. biosensors have electrochemically characterised solutions different concentrations terms sensitivity, response time, linear working range lifetime. high sensitivity 96 nA/mM 100 nA/mM registered sensors, respectively. preliminary experiments medium shown a good correlation between measured commercially available biochemistry analyser. obtained results demonstrate feasibility realised
