摘要: Continous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is particularly recommended for septic shock patients in intensive care units. The CRRT technique used most frequently high volume continuous veno-venous haemofiltration. It provides a rate of clearance uremic toxins and inflammatory cytokines. However, it should also be taken into account that substances important homeostasis may concurrently unintentionally removed. Accordingly, water-soluble vitamins can removed during therapy, the estimate loss critical to ensure appropriate supplementation. aim this work was develop simple methodology purification step prior LC-MS/MS determination ultrafiltrate samples. For purpose, two types resin mix resins were as sorbents step. Moreover, parameters such amount extraction time optimized. method developed validated final 11 vitamins. results demonstrated capability DEAE Sephadex with recoveries between 65 101% from An optimized applied assess B-group after 24h therapy. B2, B6 pyridoxamine, pyridoxal, B7, B1, B5 ultrafiltrates similar all patients. In native ultrafiltrates, pyridoxine, B9 B12 not detected.
