摘要: Display Omitted 13 Bacillus amyloliquefacienssequences having phytase activity are analysed for their physicochemical characters and structural analysis. All found to be acidic stable. These sequences optimally effective in the pH range ubiquitous digestive tract of monogastric animals thus apt exploited as feed additives. Phytase is an enzyme which catalyzes total hydrolysis phytate less phosphorylated myo-inositol derivatives inorganic phosphate digests undigestable part present seeds grains therefore provides digestible phosphorus, calcium other mineral nutrients. Phytases frequently added so that bioavailability phytic acid-bound increases, ultimately enhancing nutritional value diets. The very suitable used animal because its optimum with excellent thermal stability. Present study aimed perform silico comparative characterization functional analysis phytases from amyloliquefaciens explore physico-chemical properties using various bio-computational tools. All proteins thermostable can candidates industry.
