摘要: AbstractMuch has been made about the potential for stem cells in regenerative medicine but reality is that development of actual therapies slow. Adult rely heavily on assortment biochemical and biophysical elements constitute local microenvironment which they exist. One goal biomedicine to create an artificial yet biofunctional niche support multipotency, differentiation proliferation. Such tools would facilitate more conclusive experimentation by biologists, pharmaceutical scientists tissue engineers.
