摘要: AIMS The aim of this study was to characterize phenotypical properties, analyse whole genomes novel Acinetobacter baumannii phages infecting carbapenem-resistant Ac. baumannii (CRAB) and evaluate their potential as antimicrobial alternatives control in clinical settings. METHODS AND RESULTS phages, Βϕ-R1215 Βϕ-R2315, were isolated from sewage samples. These characterized by transmission electron microscopy, host spectrum, the thermal/pH stability test, bacterial lysis assay genome analysis. Both lysed 21 45 CRAB hosts, showed high at various pH (pH 4-10) temperature (25-60°C), strongly active against bacteria in vitro. Βϕ-R2315 are linear double-strands DNA with 44·866 44·846 bp respectively. two revealed similarity level, but organization direction open reading frames different. CONCLUSIONS lytic lysing strains which respiratory samples patients. SIGNIFICANCE IMPACT OF THE STUDY In vitro silico data that these have healthcare
