摘要: A Confirmatory Factor Analysis of a 4-factor model about leadership traits is presented. Pursuing this goal, sample composed 1003 Argentinian adults (Mean age= 32.89 age; S. D. = 10.33) was examined with scale attributes (Hanges, 2004; Hanges & Dickson, 2004). Scale?s adjustment for 2nd order 2-factor (positive or prototypical and negative antiprototypical attributes) also studied in leaders subordinates, by sex, age type business organization.
