摘要: Different leader's prototypes exist in the organizations. These leadership come of organizational culture and accepted cultural norms. Persons are as leaders if their shown attributes match with implicit theories supported by followers, which modeled societal practices. The main goal this study consists establishing leadership, its relationship different types perceived (transformational, transactional high contrast) so much for leader like organization sizes (small, medium large corporations). Participants were 1003 male adults women (31%, 69%, followers). Instruments used a list adjectives internationally to assess theories, questionnaire describe (Bass & Avolio, 1992), ad-hoc scenarios built styles. Results confirm that person is considered perception boss's actions coincides followers internalized prototype. linked cultures. Furthermore, cultures prevails more directive style prototype leader. In transformational cultures, participative consideration toward follower.
