摘要: The aims of this study were to determine if inter-school variation in smoking prevalence was due differences pupil composition or other school-level factors. A cohort 13-14-year-olds (n = 7147) from 52 schools followed-up 1 year later. Random effects logistic regression used examine school uptake and cessation, with without adjustment for composition. Inter-school is not caused by but the onset arising because unmeasured contextual collective factors operating on pupils' decisions.
