摘要: Metabolism of artemisinin derivatives, which are antimalarial sesquiterpenes, appeared to lead the production more polar metabolites in general. Presence endoperoxide moiety A/B ring structure seems crucial for expression activity these compounds. Microbial models served as effective predictors mammalian metabolism derivatives well producing quantities reference standards and elucidation studies. Combination 2D-NMR Thermospray HPLC/MS techniques was very useful metabolites.
