摘要: Inconsistent results of Sex-determining region Y-box2 (SOX2) expression have been reported in gastric cancer (GC) before. Our recent studies showed that SOX2 was significantly downregulated GC cells compared with GES-1 at both mRNA and protein level. Transfected pcDNA3.1-SOX2 resulted enforced levels NC group undifferentiated cell lines including HGC27 BGC823. MTT assay exogenous expressed suppressed proliferation. FC analysis revealed SOX2-overexpressing exhibited cell-cycle arrest apoptosis. Transwell the anti-metastatic effect cells. The subsequent suggested CCND1 PARP were overexpressed cells, responsible for SOX2-induced anticancer effects. Thus, proved to be an expected biomarker diagnosis.
