摘要: Background: Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in men and second women worldwide. It is becoming increasingly clear that estrogen receptors are involved pathogenesis development lung cancer. However, observational studies on prognostic role receptor β (ERβ) non-small cell (NSCLC) controversial. Methods: To clarify impact ERβ NSCLC survival, we performed this meta-analysis included eligible studies. The combined hazard ratios (HR) their corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated terms overall survival. Results: A total eleven with 3,300 patients evaluable for meta-analysis. Our results suggested overexpression had no relationship survival NSCLC, HR (95% CI) was 1.000 (0.954–1.047) overall. Moreover, there heterogeneity between studies. Conclusions: indicates prognosis NSCLC.
