摘要: Electromembrane extraction followed by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet detection was validated for the determination and quantification of salbutamol (SB) terbutaline in aqueous samples. A 200-V electrical field applied to extract analytes from 2.5 mL sample solution pH 3.0, through an organic phase which consisted 80% 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether, 10% di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate tris-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate as supported membrane into acidic acceptor 1.0, located inside lumen a hollow fiber. To achieve best conditions, composition optimized separately other parameters, such time, voltage were studied using experimental design. Under optimal recoveries 53 43% obtained SB terbutaline, respectively, corresponded preconcentration factors 89 72 terbutaline.
