How boards contribute to value creation

摘要: Research about boards and governance has generally had limited practical implications. In this article we present some of the implications from 'value creating board' research programme. Challenges for practice organizational behaviour include how may contribute to value creation throughout whole chain, importance board leadership systems evaluations can be developed. We indicate that emphasis on boards' have features a new stream or field research.
