摘要: Abstract We investigated the effect of ATP-sensitive K+ channel (KATP) openers (pinacidil and cromakalim), a KATP blocker (glibenclamide) on reperfusion-induced arrhythmias in pentobarbitone-anaesthetized rats. Arrhythmias were induced by reperfusion following 6 min ligation left main coronary artery. Rats pretreated with pinacidil (0.1 or 0.3 mg/kg), cromakalim (28 56 μg/kg), glibenclamide (5 vehicle. Pinacidil produced dose-related reductions blood pressure. mg/kg) (56 μg/kg) significantly decreased incidence ventricular fibrillation increased survival. Glibenclamide did not decrease incidence, yet improved survival increasing possibility recovery from fibrillation. The present study suggests that both opening blocking channels may increase during occlusion anaesthetized © 1997 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
