摘要: Cells utilize actin filaments to produce protrusive and contractile arrays that cooperate drive cell motility. The generation of the two coupling between them result from unique properties lamellipodium, a leaflet cytoplasm at edge. From lamellipodium into lamella behind, there is transition fast retrograde flow polymer driven by polymerization slow interaction anti-parallel with myosin. In addition driving protrusion, appears play role in supplying for assembly network required traction.
