摘要: The Rho family of GTPases is well-established regulators cell migration, and has been implicated in the process tumor invasion metastasis. RhoA signaling pathway strongly correlated with ability cells to invade successfully establish metastases. In this review, we begin by discussing gene expression data correlating metastasis, then discuss two emerging concepts that help explain underlying mechanisms which may promote First, use sophisticated biosensor probes revealed active membrane protrusions. Second, affects invasive behavior promoting invadopodia, amoeboid plasticity modulate their migratory properties. Thus, our view role metastasis evolving include a previously unappreciated function at leading edge.
