摘要: High voltage pulse generators are widely applied in a number of fields. Defense and industrial applications stimulated intense interests the area pulsed power technology towards system with high power, repetition rate, solid state characteristics, compact structure. An all-solid-state microsecond-range quasi-square generator based on fractional-turn ratio saturable transformer anti-resonance network is proposed this paper. This consists charging system, step-up modulating system. In generator, key component since it acts as main switch during working process. Demonstrative experiments show that if primary storage capacitors charged to 400 V, amplitude about 29 kV can be achieved 3500 Ω resistive load, well duration (full width at half maximum) 1.3 μs. Preliminary rate also carried out, which indicate could work stably rates 30 Hz 50 Hz. It concluded kind not only lower both operating windings inductance secondary windings, thus ideally realizing magnetic function transformer, but achieve quality fixed flat top after modulation two-section network. areas large microwave sources, sterilization, disinfection, wastewater treatment.
