摘要: A high ratio (winding of 1:80) pulse transformer with a modular ferrite core was developed for repetitive resonant charging system. The magnetic is constructed from 68 small blocks ferrites, glued together by epoxy resin. This allows degree freedom in choosing shape and size. Critical issues related to this design are the size tolerance individual blocks, unavoidable air gap between saturation core. To evaluate swing flux density inside during process, an equivalent circuit model introduced.
