摘要: In this paper we report the development of immunologically detected uncoupling protein (UCP) in brown adipose tissue during perinatal period rat and its relationship with functional activity expressed terms GDP-binding capacity, GDP-sensitive permeabilities respiration. Immunologically UCP increased last 2 days foetal life (under euthermic conditions) after birth (after postnatal hypothermia) early suckling period, reaching maximum value on day 10 birth. This increase is accompanied by parallel increases to protons chloride ions GDP-inhibitable During – weaning transition, there was a regression parameters related (GDP-binding capacity nucleotide-sensitive respiration) without changes UCP. These results suggest that involution commences period; first affected are those while still present highest level. seems support idea that, rat, may exist fat mitochondria (unmasked) form non-functional (masked) form.
