摘要: Confluent fetal rat brown adipocytes in primary culture showed an almost undetectable level of uncoupling protein (UCP) mRNA and a low mitochondrial content functional UCP. Treatment confluent cells with 10 nM triiodothyronine serum-free medium, the absence noradrenergic stimulation, increased amount UCP time-dependent manner. This effect was due to gene transcription rate stabilization, resulting higher immunoreactive (detected by its ability bind GDP). Thus, might play significant physiological role expression throughout development, when adipose tissue starts differentiate is primarily expressed.
