摘要: Rationales: Restless leg syndrome (RLS) is a common complication in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). However, there lack of biomarkers linking uremic RLS to dopaminergic neurons. Previous studies demonstrated that Tc-99m TRODAT-1 SPECT was biomarker for but the correlation between physiologic parameter lacking. Methods: Overall, 32 were enrolled study and divided into following 3 groups: (1) control (n = 13), (2) ESRD without 8) (3) 11). All had clinical diagnosis received SPECT. A subgroup analysis performed compare differences groups. activities striatum occipital areas measured using manually delineated regions interest (ROIs) by an experienced nuclear medicine radiologist who blinded data. Results: The total ratio TRODAT lower group (p 0.046). uptake negatively correlated serum parathyroid hormone (r −0.577, p 0.015) ferritin −0.464, 0.039) concentrations. positively hemoglobin concentration 0.531, 0.011). sensitivity specificity predicting overall population 95.0% 67.7%, respectively, at cutoff value 0.980 (area under curve receiver operating characteristic 0.767, 0.024). Conclusion: In RLS, might be potential biomarker. Dysregulated hemoglobin, concentrations influence ratio.
