摘要: Abstract In the adult male rat, hemicastration (HC) induces a remarkable enhancement of testosterone secretion from Leydig cells remaining testis. We have observed previously that denervation inferior spermatic nerves inhibits this enhancement. The present experiments were designed to assess morphometrically whether or not change had cytological correlate in cells. At least five testes each group (denervation plus HC, sham HC and intact rats) prepared for both optical electron microscopy studies. results showed after 24 h denervation, nuclear volume rats was smaller ( p
