摘要: Prepubertal (14 days old) and mature (10 to 12 months male rats were hemicastrated killed at selected intervals during a 12-week period compare the effect of age on acute chronic pituitary testicular responses hemicastration. Testis weight was increased (P less than 0.05) in (HC) prepubertal but not compared with intact controls. After surgery, serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) concentrations elevated by hour day 2 rats, respectively, remained over control levels for 4 8 weeks, respectively.
