摘要: Plasma levels of testosterone fell within 4 h after hemicastration in the mature male rat, and recovered 8 h, without a compensatory rise plasma LH from 5 to 480 min surgery. Pulsatile release was not observed any group, suggesting possibility that its alteration stimulating single testis. Luteinizing hormone releasing (LH-RH) stimulated concentration equally both control hemicastrated rats, rising more sharply only sham-hemicastrated rats treated with low dose LH-RH. rose significantly at same time (6h surgery) castrated (in one step) which were two steps). Bilateral denervation testis did affect response hemicastration. There remarkably similar handling, blood collection, anaesthesia, sham-surgery separately or combination. It concluded neither related early changes nor alterations hypothalamo-hypophysial axis.
